Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Mediequip USA / SR DENTECH. Please review this policy before requesting a return.

Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included. Items must not be installed, altered, damaged, or missing parts.

How to start a return
To request a return, email us at amolnagpal1234@gmail.com with your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for where and how to send the item. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damages and incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly at amolnagpal1234@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
For safety and hygiene reasons, used, installed, opened sterile, disposable, personal care, special-order, customized, clearance, and final-sale items may not be returnable. Gift cards are not refundable.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
